How do I bake Wildgrain products?
All Wildgrain products are designed to be baked from frozen. You do not need to thaw them. Simply preheat your oven according to the instructions on the packaging and bake for the recommended time, usually 25 minutes or less.
How is the food shipped and kept fresh?
We ship our boxes using eco-friendly insulation and dry ice to ensure your sourdough, pasta, and pastries stay completely frozen until they reach your doorstep.
Can I customize my subscription box?
Yes! After your first order, you can log into your account to swap items, change your delivery frequency, or skip a month whenever you need to.
Are your products sourdough-based?
Most of our breads are authentic slow-fermented sourdough, which is better for digestion and has a lower glycemic index. We also offer fresh pastas and artisanal pastries.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
We want you to love your Wildgrain experience. If any items arrive damaged or if you are not satisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses.
