Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal breads, pasta, and pastries, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are not completely satisfied, we are committed to making it right through a refund or replacement.

Return Process

    Upon arrival, please check your Wildgrain box to ensure the dry ice has done its job and your items are still frozen or cold to the touch.

    If you encounter damaged packaging or quality concerns, take a clear photo of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
